Register now for the 2nd annual 'Run for your VIDA (life) 5K by submitting the registration form below.
Race Details:
Date: Saturday, October 31st, 2009.
Location: Kiwanis Park - 1000 N 1200 E (Birch Lane), Provo
Time: Race-day registration is at 8:00 am. Race Begins: 9:00 am.
Cost: $15, or just $10 if you're in costume.

Please bring your registration donation with you to the race. (Cash or Checks made payable to VIDA)
Everyone's Welcome!
You can walk, jog, scooter, roller blade or roller skate, along a haunted route, ending with a raffle and free food!
